Before founding Kerburn Rose in 1990, Charles was national head of corporate finance for Moores Rowland, Chartered Accountants, a top 10 international firm of accountants. In addition to leading Kerburn Rose, Charles has acted as part time finance director for two AIM companies, part time corporate finance director for a fully quoted company and a non-executive director of a successful NHS Trust. Charles’s advice has resulted in over 20 companies’ shares being traded on a regulated stock market, and his acquisition services has started some very small public companies on their acquisition journey, each resulting in their share price increasing many times their original amount.
